Never accept my reading

Why is it that whenever I send an electricity reading my bill comes back as an estimate? My gas reading is always acknowledged but the electricity never. Why?

Have you contacted the Bulb Help-desk since this has been happening?

I did last time as it wouldn’t accept my readings so this time I sent photos of the meter but still just an estimate. I will contact them but it’s hard to ring

If you look in your Energy Usage page does it show any customer readings for electricity?

No, just the estimate. I’ll have to contact them. I just thought the photos would be enough!! Thanks for responding
