I registered an account last month to get a quote and begin my transfer to Bulb from Scottish Power. The transfer wasn’t successful because my property has two MPAN numbers and Bulb only knew how to handle one.
Now I try signing in with my account details but I am only taken to the community page here. Whenever I try to actually do anything on the bulb website it asks me to sign in again, which takes me here.
I just need to see what information bulb has on my account and try to keep the transfer going.
