New account for a flat that already uses Bulb

Hi, I am moving into a new flat on 4th August 2018 where the previous tenants already use Bulb. Do I still need to “switch”? When I go through the quote process it tells me my switch date will be 23rd July but we won’t be in the flat until 4th August. Do I need to register another way?
