New account shows my old address

Hi all,

I am switching back to bulb after being away from them for around 1 and a half years.

I created my account with the same email address that I used back when I was a previous customer.

I got an email telling me to submit my first reading, but when I log in, my account shows my old address rather than my new one.

Any help would be good as I can’t get through on live chat.

I can see you have been in touch about this recently over chat and your account has now been updated so there is a drop-down menu allowing you to view both accounts.

Please let me know if there are any issues with this,
