New accounts

Hi I have just received an email requesting my meter readings for my new account however it has only asked for my gas reading when I signed up I wanted not gas and elec? I have received an email stating my direct debit to come out of my account for £87 I thought the £87 was for both fuels ? Could you please advise me if I’m with you for both fuels or just gas ?

Hi @Leximacey Unfortunately, Your registration got rejected as it looks like you were in the process of switching to a different supplier at around the same time. Please let us know if you want us to re-apply for your switch to us. We will process a refund of the first payment that was requested as soon as it hits our account.
