@paul5223 if you’ve already signed up your new home, you should be able to switch between the two addresses on the homepage of your online account. You do this by clicking on the address underneath your name. If you’re having trouble with this, please give us a call on 0300 30 30 635 from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) and we’ll take a look for you
