I tried to join bulb today using a friends referral code and received the confirmation email that i had joined however my bulb account keeps saying my email isn’t in use and i can sign into my account. I tried to rejoin however it said my email was already in use and that my property was already on bulbs records. I’m worried as i can’t access my account to either cancel the change or fix the problem. If anyone could help that would be much appreciated
Since this is a community forum populated by other customers, I’m afraid there is nothing we can do to help.
You’ll need to contact Bulb directly with your problem, using the Help pages linked above. Unfortunately Bulb are now closed until 9am on Monday morning. So for now I’d just stop worrying and go do something else to take your mind off it until Monday.
Nothing is going to happen for days anyway. I know how it feels to be anxious about something out of your control, but if you can just calm down and forget about it for a while.
