New customer charged my key before registering key in meter

Hi - I just changed over to Bulb prepayment Key and rather than register my key by placing it in the meter, I charged it first. Could I still go ahead and insert key even with the credit in it?

The last thing I want to do is losr the credit added to the Key

Unfortunately if you credited the key before syncing it with the meter, this won’t add to the meter - we send instructions with every key to try to avoid these situations. If you have the receipt we can look at reimbursing this. I’ll pop you an email now to get this sorted.
