New customer- HELP!


I only just transferred to Bulb from NPower on Sunday and I received an email to inform me that there will be an 11% increase to tariff prices. Can I ask if the price I was quoted was based on the new prices or should I add 11% on to the tariff cost I was given just on Sunday?

Hello both - your prices will rise on the 11th November. Until then you will be on the rates we quoted you - if you are still within your 14 day cooling off period we can cancel the switch if you’d rather stay.
