New customer here

Hi there,just used my key for the first time.all went well but I’m still waiting for my gas card to arrive.thought they would turn up on the same day.
Luckily I still have gas credit on my meter from my old company.but that won’t last for much hoping it will turn up soon,as I’m due to swap over to bulb by the 19th June
If it don’t turn up by tomorrow a call maybe???

Yes, your gas card and electricity key should arrive on the same day. Usually this is on the switch date - so today. If your gas card has not arrived today, please let us know. You can drop me a message on Community or, if you’d like to give us a ring, we can be reached on 0300 30 30 635 (9am - 6pm). We’ll make sure you have a working card and key :slight_smile:

That’s right, your current gas card will work in the meantime.
