May I ask how to get a New Customer Letter?
I need it for applying for primary school.
Bulb members will receive a welcome pack through email, a couple of hours after signing up to Bulb or after registering your move-in.
I can see that you’ve already called in and requested that to be re-sent - please let me know if there are any issues with that.
I’m a new customer but I’m in the first stage of waiting. I just wanted to know if i can still top up my prepayment electricity because I’m still with my old supplier? I do need to top up but wasn’t sure if I could do it or not.
