New customer meter readings

I am due to swap to Bulb on 1st March. I submitted meter readings as requested but have had another email asking for more readings. What has happened and will this affect my swap over ?

Is this just a “crossed in the post” effect?

When I switched I submitted my meter readings on the morning of the day instructed. I didn’t get the reminder email for those readings until that evening when I’d already submitted them.
