I have just submitted my opening electricity meter reading BUT I wish to submit the opening gas reading ; where is the window for this ?
On the Bulb Account page or App on device, you’ll see a submit reading option for both Gas and Electricity.
If you’re having trouble i would just ring the Bulb team on 0300 30 30 635 to submit your reading and ask for help, if you need some.
Your gas switch is not due for another few weeks so you will not be able to submit this until then. If you go online at the start of August you should be able to submit the reads
