I have received an e-mail asking me to submit my meter readings but after logging in I am only asked for an electricity reading and not for my gas???

Hi @jeremy5463, it looks like we had a problem picking up your gas supply. I’m so sorry we didn’t communicate this at the time. I’ve re-registered to supply your gas meter from 19/07/17.

Because your gas supply is coming on two weeks late, would you like half of your first payment back as a refund? Or would you prefer to keep it in the account as a buffer against higher than expected usage?
