New customer

Trying to enter my first meter readings as requested. Have followed instructions how to read my BG smart meter and have the reading. When I try to enter it on my account it’s asking for two numbers and won’t allow me to proceed. Any advice please?

@Jimip thanks for getting in touch with us. Looking at the technical details we received from your old supplier it shows that you have 2 rates on your meter.

On the BG meter, you should be able to press the number 6 on the number pad to cycle through the 2 readings that we need for your meter.
