new customer

my switch is happening on 22nd may, I got an email to enter my first meter readings. I logged on, entered my electricity reading but Gas not showing for me to input. Looking at ‘MY Tariff’ section, it is only showing electricity, and no gas? I set it up for dual fuel, gas and electricity. Is there something gone wrong?

I would suggest it would be best to ask Bulb this question, rather than other Bulb customers on this customer forum.
