New dd setup not seen by bulb

hi bulb, you will see that direct debit is already setup but you send email stating it’s non existent. I’ve checked my bank and there it is all bright and clear. you also have over £400 to use in the meantime. I set the direct debit up on your ‘payments and statements page’ at the rate you suggested. thanks for your help. dd
just got text re dd not paid, phoned up and prob resolved. thanks bulb team.
