New direct debit

Hi there. I called last Thursday as to why my direct debit come out my bank. Advised to call back today if it still hadn’t. It hasn’t. I’m in credit , I chose a different bank account for it to come out but it still hasn’t. Every time I call you today to set up new DD. I get disconnected. Please help. Thanks
