Hello, I had a new gas meter fitted 17th April with reading recorded as 16164. I was told this would be sent to you to ensure correct billing, but the reading from the old meter in November is showing - causing issues with submitting and I presume billing?
Hi there @sara_100 thanks for flagging this up to us. I’ve chased up those details for you, they should be through soon. In the meantime, if you let us know your readings by email or phone (or here) I can note them on your account and when we get this sorted out we can redo your bills to use those readings, if that works.
