I have a new Gas meter fitted. So now when I give a reading it it rejected because it obviously is tooooo low. So Bulb then estimate the amount of KW/h and add it to my old Gas meter. This has been going on for 3 months now in spite of me raising the problem and taking photo’s of the new Gas meter. Really!!! how long does this take to resolve. I understand from a discussion that Bulb don’t actually deal with the readings themselves but this gets done by some other company. Has anyone else had a similar issue.
