New installation

I last had a statement from you in October but nothing since I have had a smart meter fitted. I noted the readings were set at monthly but I have now reset it to half hourly. My IHD is showing usage for my electric but dips in and out for gas and won’t show usage in £ although it did when it was first installed. Please could you advise and sort my statements out with a correct reading please. I am over £700 in credit so it needs sorting ASAP.
