New meter has different serial number

i had a new meter installed and it has a different serial number to the one you have on the system.

also i need to give you that meter reading.

Thank you for letting us know you had a new meter installed. I’m not sure why that was missed. Please could you confirm the new meter serial number?

It would also be great if you could send over a picture of the meter to help@bulb.co.uk so we can check the meter details are uploaded onto the national database.

Was it Bulb that installed the meter? or was this an issue before you joined?

It was installed the same week i transferred over to bulb.
I was told the details would have been also transferred over.
