New meter reading

Trying to submit new electricity reading which is lower than previous reading which was given to me from previous supplier when connected to smart meter. Will this meter have zeroed when disconnected from smart meter? Have read as per your instructions

@Jamesleach5 Hi there. We wouldn’t expect that reading to reset to 0 on the transfer. It should continue to count up from the same number. If in doubt, you can send us a photo of the reading on help@bulb.co.uk so we can have a look at that for you.
