Since this is a community forum, there’s not much we fellow customers can help with on an account specific enquiry such as this. It’ll probably be worth just dropping Bulb an email at or calling them on 0300 30 30 635 (see ) - I suspect they are just waiting for technical details about the new meter to filter through the systems(s) from the installer (such as the meter serial number, inital install read, meter configuration - they have to be sent to an ‘indepedent third party company’ which holds meter details which then has to send it to Bulb).
