New meter

I have a new meter. The readings won’t make sense compared to the old reading. How do I notify Bulb?

Normally the meter installer reports the old and new readings to Bulb with no additional input needed from you. Both readings should appear with the date of installation in your “Energy Usage” on your dashboard. If you do need to contact Bulb their phone number and email address are on your statements and under the “Help” button above.
