I have written to bulb several times asking when the new smart meters will be coming to my area as I have problems reading my present one. I have some mobility problems which make reading them difficult, as yet I have had no reply from bulb. I really don’t want to change to a supplier who have the new meters as I would prefer to stay with bulb but I may have no choice
