New Option For App.

I am aware that to get a credit refund on your Bulb Account you need to submit an up to date meter reading for both fuels. I think it would be great to be able to ask for a credit refund from the App or the web without having to call Bulb to have it processed. Obviously leaving the minimum Monthly payment in your bulb account is prudent.

What’s everyone elses thoughts.?

@Chewie, this feature has been suggested a number of times, alongside making it easy to stop/vastly reduce direct debit payments to use up your credit that way if you prefer.

So far nothing from Bulb as to when we might get these features but I’m sure it’s being considered.
