New prices

Hi, I’ve just had an e-mail to say my new increased direct debit will be taken from my account in the next 3 days. An earlier e-mail said the increased prices will come into effect from 11/11/18. Why am I paying them early???

I can’t comment on your specific situation, but it seems strange for Bulb to give only three days notice, the normal period for a company to advise a direct debit change is 10 working days.

They usually get back quicker, you can phone or use live chat.
