I’ve had an email saying about prices going up by £7 per month but in my account details it’s showing the direct debit should be £81 which is £17 more than agreed standing order. What’s this all about?
Hi @Ubxg02 those are actually a bit separate. We haven’t changed your direct debit amount, we’ll just have set it at the amount that came through when you first signed up. If that came through wrong for some reason, you’ll be able to change it back to the appropriate amount through your bulb account in the payments and statements tab by clicking on change my payments. The new rates won’t have affected that, and they won’t come into force until August either, so there’ll be no problem popping the payments down to what you were originally quoted.
