New Smart Gas reading

Had the smart gas meter installed yesterday. I understand from the installer it can take up to 72 hours to get commissioned by bulb. I just followed the instructions to manually read the meter on my email from bulb but I dont think the reading is correct since it is all 9s. It says you don’t need the numbers after the decimal place. Is this ok?
