New smart meter install, WAN disconnected


Had a new smart meter installed in December and since the end of January it’s no longer connected and sending readings. The WAN light is flashing every second. This was working perfectly and then suddenly stopped.

I have been told I need you to request a comms reboot from the DCC. Can you arrange this please?

I’ve looked into your account and at the moment we aren’t getting the error through that would mean we need to request a communications hub reboot.

Have you stopped seeing your daily usage on the usage graph in the app?

Is your IHD still working, or is it restarting every few minutes?
