New smart meter installed prior to transfer to Bulb but readings weren't updated

Hi, I can’t supply a meter reading because even though I spoke to Bulb about the fact that Scottish Power installed a smart meter after we had joined Bulb, the old meter is still shown on the site. How do we fix this??? Help!! The meter readings should’ve been reset to 0…
