New Smart Meter, Night Rate Missing

New Smart Meter fitted Tuesday 17th September. My existing Bulb tarrif was standing day charge, day and separate night rate naturally my existing meter recorded separately both day and night usage. Was very concerned to see immediately that the new smart meter was only recording one usage and that it was being charged at my existing day rate tarrif. Raised with the engineer who fitted it at the time. I understand that the engineer is passing this issue to Bulb. I run a water distiller at night. I await Bulbs response.

I have same issue. I have found a possible workaround, not sure if its right though and am hoping to get some feedback on my question.

I have been asking Bulb when the meter & IHD will start to show peak and off peak but they just quote random dates to me which never materialise
