New Smart Meter Problem

Have recently had smart meters installed, the gas reading is showing on the in-home display screen but the electricity is not showing, any ideas how I can sort this?

This happened on my new smart meter too, which was just installed last week. The meter has now stopped showing any information and appears to have disconnected from its wifi source. How can I sort this, or does it need a specialist to me and reset something in my system?

Did you ever get this resolved? I have similar issue but with gas and the IHD. Complaint registered in April but Bulb promise escalation and action but nothing happens.
The company seem to lack the infrastructure to roll out smart meters but continue to install new meters leaving no capacity to resolve issues in meters already installed.
Anyone else getting there?

From there you just need to click ‘My IHD isn’t showing energy usage’ and run through the steps
