New Smart Meter - waiting for CIN

Smart meter installed 12 August still no email confirming that smart meter is ready to use.

‘Waiting for CIN’ sometimes appears in the Account page, but this shouldn’t cause any issues. I can take a closer look at your account for you so I can confirm that your meters are up and running. I’ll send you an update about this via email this afternoon.
