New Smart Meters

I had the latest Smart Meters installed on 17th April but the IHD hasn’t worked to date. Its just showing data that hasn’t changed since the install and don’t think any of the actual data showing, including the tariffs for electric and gas are anything to do with my account. The Engineer who did the install did say that Bulb was working on this connectivity / network issue and should be resolved soon but I haven’t heard anything since and not sure even if the meters outside have any network connectivity to Bulb yet.
