New switch not complete?

Hey I’ve done my switch today was fully switched from Friday but used the Freud first…I put my new key in and waited 60seconds so I put £11 on the new key but it seems to have gone onto my old account as I was £7 in emergency now it’s saying I have £3 odd credit but it should be £11 credit on my new bulb account

All sounds very complicated, and I have no idea what a “Freud” is.

Your best bet is to contact Bulb support, rather than create a general blog post for other Bulb Customers.
