Newbie really confused!

I’m just joined bulb and unsure why was I expected to top up my bulb card if I’m paying a monthly fee?
Can someone please tell me?

Could you provide more information the problem?

What meter type do you actually have? Prepay (where you top up) or a normal credit meter (where you pay monthly)?

If you have a prepay meter with a key/card then you’ll continue to do that now with Bulb as well. If you actually have a normal credit meter then it sounds like something is incorrectly configured on your account and you’ll need to query the problem directly with Bulb.
