Hi how can I find out what my next bill will be? Anytime I try to look at usage it times out. So far my charges have seemed to be almost double what I used to pay. Is this going to be my monthly payment or is it still settling down? Many thanks
there has been a disputed read for your switch we’ve had to get sorted. In the meantime we can’t bill you because we can’t confirm the opening reading to bill you from until the dispute is resolved. Fortunately it is now resolved and you should get a bill over the next week or so. Once that bill comes in you can vary your payments using your MyBulb to something you are happy with and to match your payments.
