Hi @Jackson, it looks to us like you have a single rate meter, so you don’t have a night rate. Just one rate for any time of day. If you definitely get two readings when you take a meter reading, send us a photo of your meter to help@bulb.co.uk and we’ll have a look to see if your meter is down correctly in the national databases.
