Can anyone tell me they have had to wait for a night storage meter and for how long. I’ve been waiting 6 months so far. So havery no central heating at present. Thanks
Sorry, could you expand on exactly what is the problem? What is wrong with your existing meter?
If it’s anything like my wait to have a broken meter replaced it’s going to take forever.

If you’re referring to the national shortage of two rate meters, I have to say it is still ongoing. When 2-rate second generation smart meters become available then we’ll start installing them for people.
However I can see we’re talking to you individually and it looks like the issue is being taken care of.
