Night usage

Hello,

I switched to bulb 2 months ago and since then I have had no usage on my night tariff - how can this be? I charge my PHEV overnight every day and am not getting the benefit of a low rate at night. Please can someone explain why and how to fix?

No it’s just an old meter that was in from when I was with eon

Hi @vivwatts can you please email us with some photos of your meter during the night time hours? It would be great to get two sets of photos an hour or two apart so we can see if the night rate is moving along or not. Please email us at help@bulb.co.uk
