No £50 Credit

Hi Bulb, I signed up using a referral link but have still not received the £50 credit.

My switch was completed on the 13th of August so I thought I would have received this by now.

If you’ve signed up on our website and you still haven’t had the referral added, there’s a chance that you may have not used the referral link properly when signing up.

If you think this might be the case, don’t worry, we can always manually put it on there for you.
