so i referred my friend to Bulb sometime around the start of October and the switch was completed on the 2nd of November but i still haven’t received the email from transferwise to receive my £50. i have referred 2 other people in october and received my cash usually within 3 days after the switch is complete.
to answer the obvious, no they haven’t been with bulb before, i also received the normal email saying “… has completed their switch and is now a fully fledged Bulb member. We’ll send you £50 through our friends at TransferWise. They’ll email you once your friend has made their first top up to ask you for bank details so they can deposit it into your bank account.” but still nothing after and i got that email on the 2nd. They also made there first top p on the 2nd when the switch was complete as well.
anyone know why it’s taking so long?
