Same here, trying to summit my first meter readings but
It takes me direct to community chat :disappointed:

Contact blub first thing tomorrow and ask for account/password reset

I’m having the same problem. Tried to contact by phone was greeted with a message that they were very busy then cut off.
Sent an email to the complaints department yesterday and I’ll see what happens.

Been a long standing issue with blub, which they seem completely incapable of resolving, been fixing “soon” since at least last November

Well I emailed the issue to help@bulb.co.uk within a couple of minutes I was emailed a link and all now works.
We’ll see for how long😂

I’ve sent over an email which will resolve this problem for you. Just set a new password using it and you’re good to go :+1:

All I did was send them an email :blush:

Email them and they will sort it out for you
