Yes, it’s normal.
Just to be sure, I checked my last statement, and my ‘Member ID’ is my email address.
@marianb, Bulb do not have account numbers like most suppliers, they simply use your email address for your member ID and property addresses for identifying accounts (you can have more than one property registered to the same email address).
