No account statements since nov 2021

Hello - I logged into my Bulb account to find a recent statement. Alas, there has not been any generated since Nov 2021. How do I get Bulb to generate a statement based on the current readings? Thanks

ps: I noted that someone at Bulb also changed my postcode from the original and correct postcode I used to register my account back in 2019. Bizarre! How to get this changed back?
