No bill after smart meter installation

I changed from a prepayment meter to smart meter on 8th October and I still haven’t received a bill. My account still shows as having a prepayment meter. It keeps saying to check back in a month. I’ve emailed twice and no reply. The smart meter display does not and has never worked. I am unable to submit manual readings as still on a prepayment account. This is really stressing me out. Please let me pay my bill or tell me what I am supposed to be doing. I switched from a prepayment meter so it would be less stressful!
