Hi there, I did not get billed in December, is this normal?
By looks of things there does seem to be a shortish delay on bill production. I joined on the 8th of December, had the first direct debit on the 11th of December, had the second direct debit on the 9th of Jan and only just (today: 26th Jan) had my first bill (covering 8th Dec-7th Jan).
It’s better than the 5months+ I went without monthly bills from my previous supplier, but still not as quick as I would like monthly bill production.
Thanks, I have been with bulb for seven months and always had my bills on the same date each month but nothing in December
@LouH, they had a few account issues at the end of last year. I believe they’ve generated bills manually for other customers who were missing them.
