No bill / statement since October

Does anyone know how to get Support to respond? I had a new Smart Meter installed and since then I have had no bills, my payments are piling up and Support have stopped responding to my emails. Very frustrated by this. I haven’t had a statement since 10th October!

Post some less than flattering comments on this forum, usually makes them sit up and take notice

Likewise…smart meter installed early November. No statement since installation. Now gas meter readings not showing on screen, but I still don’t see why I am being asked to submit readings on a smart meter. Electricity data showing on usage, but gas stopped a week ago, even though I am on 30 minute reporting🤔

Ring them many times and be on those damn long wait times until you finally get through. 0300 30 30 635
